Workshop Policies

Registration & Cancellations

Workshop registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact us at least 3 days before your scheduled workshop to request a transfer to a future Slow Craft workshop.

Transfer requests made fewer than 3 days before the event may not be possible, as materials and supplies are purchased and prepared in advance based on registration numbers.

If Slow Craft cancels a workshop due to low enrollment, weather, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances, registered guests will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future workshop.

Workshop Participation

Most workshops are designed for beginners and include all necessary materials, tools, and instruction unless otherwise noted.

Workshops require a minimum number of participants to run. If minimum enrollment is not met, the workshop may be canceled and registered guests will be notified by email.

Participants are expected to follow instructor guidance and use tools and materials safely. Slow Craft reserves the right to remove participants whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe.

Photography & Creative Content

By attending a Slow Craft workshop, you grant permission for photographs and videos taken during the event to be used on our website, social media channels, and promotional materials. We love sharing the creativity and community that make our workshops special.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at the beginning of the workshop.

All Slow Craft workshop content, class concepts, instructional materials, branding, logos, photographs, and website content are the intellectual property of Slow Craft and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
